Please note that the ECF made changes to its membership structure (including the withdrawal of the “silver” level of membership) subsequent to the printing of our postal entry form. In most cases these changes will not affect the total amount payable to enter the Congress; we will continue to accept postal entries using the printed (or downloaded) form.
